당신의 직업을 선택한 배경 및 계기?
유전적 탈렌트는 분명히 있었던것 같다. 보통의 어린아이들 중에서 기계 부수는거 좋아하고 미술에 재능이 있었다고 할 정도. 거기서 부터 시작해 계속 하다보니 여기까지 왔다. 머리가 크고 나서는 내가 잘 하는 것과 잘 할 수 있을것 같은것을 계속했다.
자신만의 작업방식은?
즉흥적 아이디어는 빠른 시간안에 결과물로 만들어 낸다. 오래 기획하는 작업에서도 고민은 오래 하지만 물리적 결과물을 만들어낼때는 빠르고 집중력있게 추진한다.
영감은 어디/무엇에서 받는지?
기계적 원리, 수학적 진리가 만들어내는 담론에도 관심있고, 손끝, 혀끝, 단순한 시각적 유희도 즐긴다. 어차피 다 내가 먹고 마시고 숨쉰 결과물이다.
창작인으로서 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 것
부지런함.
